Phase I: Adjusting the hip belt

The optimal position of the hip belt assures the exoskeleton joints to sit on your hip joint.

1: Widen hip belt in front and back

Unlock U-Turn and pull belt apart.

2: Close belt, hold to front and adjust position of anchor points

1. Rotate U-Turn right to adjust size.
2. Bring anchor points in line with hip joint (roughly at pant seam).

3: Tighten front belt

Pull the straps forward to tighten the belt. Do not cross the straps. Roll up loose strap ends.

Phase II: Adjusting the frame

Configure the frame to sit as close as possible to your body without the metal parts touching you.

Hold frame upright in front of you.

1. tilt chest plate down and place torque generator on anchor point from above
2. then tilt chest plate up towards your body and close chest strap around torso.

2: Close chest strap and leg straps

Grab straps dangling from behind and connect to thigh pad. Adjust length of straps as needed.

3: Width adjustment

The frame profile should be minimal and the torque generators parallel to each other to reduce arm contact.

Position the chest plate on your chest.

The torque generator should sit upright on your body. Tipp: if tilted too far back, the TG might come off.

Position the thigh braces on the mid of your thigh.

Open thigh straps and chest strap, tilt chest plate forward and lift off frame.
