Phase I: Adjusting the hip belt
1: Put on hip belt and tighten
Close the clip and pull the strap tight. Store loose strap end in the belt clip.

2: Align the anchor points
Anchor points sit on the side of the hip.

Align left anchor point by sliding the belt around your hip until in line with pant seam.

Align right anchor point by unlocking and opening up clamp buckle on the right and moving right hip pad back or forth until in line with pant seam.

3: If necessary: adjust hip width
If anchor point alignment is not possible, adjust hip width toward L setting.

Phase II: Adjusting the frame
1: Belt and frame connection
2: Close chest strap and leg straps
Secure straps and adjust length as necessary using the silver tensioners.

3: Frame width adjustment
Torque generators are parallel to each other.

4: Frame height adjustment
Chest plate is at center of chest.

5: Frame depth adjustment
Adjust until torque generators are vertical.

6: Thigh length adjustment

Phase III: Activation and doffing

Open thigh straps and chest strap, tilt chest plate forward and lift off frame.
